Prices and advertising spend

Prices shown are starting prices in GBP. Final pricing and any applicable VAT will be clearly confirmed in the written proposal before work begins. Advertising spend is paid separately to the advertising platform and is not included in any management fee.

Services and agreements

Any engagement is governed by the separate written proposal or service agreement issued for that project, which sets out scope, fees, timescales and responsibilities. Where those documents conflict with this page, the project documents take precedence.

Intellectual property

The branding, copy, design and code of this website belong to J K MARKETING SERVICES LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client is set out in the relevant project agreement; unless stated otherwise, ownership transfers once the agreed fees have been paid in full.

Third-party platforms

This website links to external services, including WhatsApp and Facebook. Ads Sorted is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party platforms, and campaign delivery is subject to those platforms’ own rules and approval processes.

Liability
