Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This notice explains how personal information is collected and used when you enquire through a Meta Instant Form, message on WhatsApp, send an email or visit this website.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is J K MARKETING SERVICES LTD, trading as Ads Sorted. Ads Sorted is a trading name of J K MARKETING SERVICES LTD, registered in England and Wales. Company number 15092611. Registered office: 163 Mornington Road, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 4EN, United Kingdom. Data-protection enquiries can be sent to ads.sorted@gmail.com.
Enquiries submitted through Meta Instant Forms
Ads Sorted runs paid campaigns on Meta platforms that use Instant Forms. When you submit one, Meta passes the information you provided to Ads Sorted. Depending on the form, that information may include your name, email address, telephone number, business information and your answers to qualifying questions.
Jake may contact you about the marketing review you requested by telephone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Enquiry data is not automatically added to unrelated marketing lists; it would only be used for wider marketing where there is an appropriate lawful basis or where you have consented. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by emailing ads.sorted@gmail.com.
Information sent through WhatsApp
Selecting a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and processes your message and telephone number under its own terms and privacy policy. Ads Sorted receives the message content and your WhatsApp profile details, and keeps the conversation for as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry.
Information sent by email
If you email ads.sorted@gmail.com, the message content, your email address and anything you choose to include are received and stored in the email account used to run the business, and are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
No analytics or advertising measurement scripts are currently active on this website. If they are introduced in future, they will only load after you accept the relevant cookie category, and they would collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source.
Campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid may be stored temporarily in your browser for the current session so that enquiries can be attributed to the correct campaign.
